Late review but in February I had an axle bearing problem in my 2001 F350. It needed a major repair as I was on the road. Over the course of three days technician Michael G gathered necessary parts and worked into the Friday evening to get me on the road before the weekend. I highly recommend this place and their quality of service. Very knowledgeable folks.

These people deserve a million stars. They're absolutely amazing. They're courteous and professional on all level. They update and communicate on each steps to repair and they always makes me feel valued. They worked on my truck and solved the issues in a timely manner. They understands the importance of a owner operator being back on the road to make his hustle and for that reason I will ALWAYS visit Nextran Macon, should I have any repairs to be done on my truck. Great people!!!!

Never used Sales or Service. But parts i use all the time. I will say Chase is the best. He will find it and get it fast and the price will be as reasonable or matching any other in town. Hands down the guy has kept me and my mechanic happy. Chris is as good also. If it isnt those two,, i just leave.
