Phenomenal service and expertise from start to finish! Justin was our inspector on a new construction home in Kathleen that we had concerns about - he was super patient, thorough, and gave an honest and detailed assessment that was extremely valuable. Even from the moment I called, Ned Dominick answered personally, was super professional and got us scheduled right away with no hassle. The price was also great! I can’t say enough good about this company - do yourself a favor and use them for your next home inspection!
GREAT SERVICE! Quickly agreed upon, date scheduled quickly, inspection completed and final report submitted in less than 24 hours. Justin Kilpatrick was SUPER in his demeaner, knowledge,communications and understanding of what we wanted. His suggestions were spot on in reference to situations of what to do and what to look for going forward. I've had contracts with other companies for various problems but none so well as what we received from Ned and Justin. Could not asked for anything else. Will recommend those two to everyone. They did a great job on our Inspection. They caught things I never noticed. Scheduling was easy & they even helped us out when our builder got delayed by weather for the reinspection!
