I can’t find words adequate enough to express my appreciation of Snows at Macon Memorial.From the very first call from Matt, then Bill Snow, personally AND Blake, David, George and LaDon.I hesitated to call names afraid I’d leave someone out!!I did! Jean, the receptionist!! Just today she put me at ease about the Death Certificates.
The staff was kind and caring. They made us feel at ease and comfortable. Their compassion and condolences really show toward us beside their professional atmosphere. They gave a lot of suggestions for us to pick for our aunt. They made her look pretty and exactly what we requested for. Thank you, Snow’s Funeral House, especially Tracy and Allen.
My mom passed away recently here in Oconee County. She had a graveside next to Dad at Macon Memorial Park, so everything had to be coordinated long distance. The staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The burial went very smoothly. I will always appreciate the kind and sympathetic manner in which everything was handled.
