The CSR another problem all together I called because I thought I was not charged the correct amount instead of questioning the technician I called the CSR back. She did not give the best of service looking at my ID I think she thought she could speak to me condescendingly. I will not use this service again. I am sure once who ever decides to listen to the “recording” will probably agree with her no matter the tech again did his job but I will take my money elsewhere and give no recommendation to this company.“
