I’m giving 2 stars, I called them to schedule an appointment and they put me on hold 35 minutes. That right there is all I needed to see to know they aren’t the place for me. I’m still on hold at the moment I’m writing this review just to see how long they’re going to leave me on hold. The receptionist is rude, has no professionalism and sounds very ghetto. Just by the hold time to schedule an appointment, you can tell they don’t care about their patients. I would never recommend or go here. Everytime I call try to get appointment I left on extremely long holds . 1st time 20 mins next 47 mins when I tell lady about my long extended hold times she just says they are busy and asks to put me back on hold . Terrible customer service .

Very unprofessional receptionist who do not know how to schedule. I had an appt at 10:45 am and I waited a hour and a half. Since I was waiting I went to receptionist to make sure I wasn't skipped. She said I still had 3 people ahead of me. I told her I had to go to work so she was like their appts normally have to wait 2-3 hours. I was like I was never told that. This is was 2nd visit and the first one went rather fast. I informed her that I was never told that appts are 2-3 hours wait.
