They are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. If you need to kill bugs or weeds/vines, this is the place to go. All you need to know is what you want to get rid of and they will point you in the right direction. The facility isn't fancy, but you get more effective products for significantly less money than what you could buy at a home improvement store.
