I bring my mother in law here the only issue we have is waiting 2 or more hours for her appointment oh and they never return her phone calls when she calls needing stuff. Why should you still be waiting at 1:33 when her app was at 11:30!??? Get it together people

I started coming here because my PCP changed practices. The staff is friendly but, trying to get a prior authorization for prescriptions to be filled is like treading water in concrete boots. The doctor wants to know why I don't get my scripts filled on time, well your nurse keeps dropping the ball. Either get her some help or a better process.

I had an excellent experience with this office. I saw NP Tiffany Carswell and I was very pleased with my visit. She took blood work on me and I had an EKG done. She referred me out to. Cardiologist. I also gave a urine sample. She extensive notes on my health and scheduled me for a follow up visit. For the first time in many years I felt I had good visit with a medical professional. Ms. Carswell listened to me. I did not feel rushed. I was reading the comments below and I am surprised this place is fee based. I have insurance, and I earn enough to not be subjected to any income based pricing. However even being fee based the patients get an excellent quality of care if they all recieved the same level of care I did. In all honesty, fee based or not, I'd choose this clinic over other medical offices that are not fee based. I had a better, more through, visit here than I've had anywhere else in years.
