I am really upset to have to write this review. I have been calling for weeks, I have been emailing for weeks and I have taken time off work several times to go by there. Nobody is ever there and nobody responds to voicemails for emails. I have used ESC for many years and never had a problem until this year. I filed my taxes in January, I have not received my state check, but more importantly I have not received a copy of my tax papers. I am in need of a copy of my 1040 so that I can get financial aid for a medical procedure. There was a deadline to get this paperwork to them, so thanks to ESC not responding that time has lapsed.
