I was very pleased with the service I received from Duraclean. The two technicians were prompt with the appointment time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable of their task. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will call upon their service again, also.

There is nothing better than being able to make 1 phone call and prevent a major catastrophe.

Mr .Bradley is such a nice,intelligent person.
I can't express enough how much I appreciate his knowledge and experience.

His employees Terry and Riley do excellent
restoration work.They are great people and easy to work with.

Updating review to 4 stars as company did resolve issue and adressed it. Company branch seems to care about its business, and i do not seek to harm, only to help.
Prior Review:
Unfortunately, many businesses requiring manual labor are having problems- even the U S Post Office. My recent experience related to hvac duct cleaning and was far less than optimal.
We had good experiences with carpet cleaning in the past.
The owner is trying hard to address the situation of labor shortages and I respect that because we have all suffered from the pandemic.
