Because some of the customers buy hundreds of thousands of dollars and some buy here when their own suppliers failed them.You don't go and complain to Amazon because the Prime members have better deals. The staff is amazing, especially Sam, Brenda and Ken. They always make sure we have everything we need. They always make purchases and deliveries smooth. This is the only supplier I would use. They have top quality materials for the best prices.
