Jordana knows exactly how to help you visualize what your body should be doing and feeling during your sessions. Highly recommend Discipline Pilates Studio!

    Was visiting Macon and wanted a good workout.....I got a GREAT FANTASTIC work out. I would travel back just for this location and instructor. Located in an old house this was the best 45 min workout. Highly recommend!!!
