Jordana Adler is an intelligent, disciplined and supportive Pilates instructor. I have taken both small group classes and individual sessions. Jordana knows exactly how to help you visualize what your body should be doing and feeling during your sessions. Highly recommend Discipline Pilates Studio!
Jordanna gave me a first class massage. My lower back has felt better than it has in a long time Thanks for listening to my problem and addressing it. That is far better than most therapists do. john
Was visiting Macon and wanted a good workout.....I got a GREAT FANTASTIC work out. I would travel back just for this location and instructor. Located in an old house this was the best 45 min workout. Highly recommend!!!
