I recently had a lightning strike near my house which disabled much of my alarm system. Brandon serviced my repairs and was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. ACOM was easy to deal with, and I am totally satisfied with the repair job that they did. I will use them again.

We had our 22 year old, unit hit by lightning this summer. Acom was prompt in replacing a new unit for. We have been served well with Acom. This was the first time we ever needed a repair. Great service, technician, Brandon, and monitoring techs, too.

Brandon is a super nice guy. He is always courteous & patient with me when I’m asking questions about the alarm. He is also very businesslike, he comes in, does his work, makes sure that the alarm is working properly & asks if I have any questions. I want the company to know that Brandon is a valuable asset to ACom. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help &/or service with their alarm systems.
