Quick to come check out our roof and give an estimate when I called. Ricky has years of experience and solved a problem with the porch roof that I was unable to get previous roofer to correct. When I contacted this company regarding some roof damage we had, Ricky came out the same day to check out my roof. He went above and beyond to perform an extremely thorough roof inspection, and showed me detailed pictures regarding all of the problem areas. He provided a very reasonable and easy to understand cost breakdown of each area of concern, and explained different options for resolutions. After finalizing a plan, he and his team returned on the agreed upon date. They were prompt, very professional and considerate. They answered any questions we had about the process.
