Ricky's Roofing did a thorough inspection of our roof and found several minor issues that needed attention. This was after several other roofing companies inspected our roof with widely different assessments, from no repairs needed to saying we needed a completely new roof. Ricky's Roofing is a small company with a hands-on owner who has decades of experience and is honest and conscientious. Ricky's Roofing redid our roof in Virginia Highlands area. I got 4 bids from highly recommended businesses in our area. I had to explain to the other companies what Ricky told me was necessary. Every single time, they agreed that it was correct. Thank goodness I had Ricky explaining to me the basics. He never upsold anything. He was only sharing his experience and what he thought was necessary. We are so pleased we had Ricky do our roof and gutters.
From start to finish Ricky and his team has done an awesome job. Roof vents are necessary to a house for cross ventilation and keeping moisture and humidity out of your home. But when your vent gets damaged it can cause major problems that will cost lots of money in the long run. Catching these problems before they get out of hand is very necessary and helpful to your wallet. Trust me, I know. If you see a leak, do something about it and don't let it linger. I met with Rick on Tuesday and My roof was fixed by 8AM Wednesday morning. The price and quality of work made me happy.
