“You can have the technician come to you or meet him in the parking lot of an office building. I chosed to meet him. He was a little late, but he did call me to let me know his ETA. It took a little longer than I expected to get the keys made (1 with a remote and 1 without a remote) but they both work and their price was lower than other locksmiths in the area.“
