Prompt, professional and reliable! These guys got me on the schedule quickly and got my heat pump and air handler working again. I’ve already referred Atlanta Air and HVAC to neighbors.
i called ATLAIR on thursday afternoon and they visited me within 24 hours of my initial call. David A swiftly diagnosed my A/C issues after listening to me explain the symptoms. He did a very thorough check of my system and was patient to explain what he was checking, the names of the parts, how the unit functions, etc. at the end of the visit, he reviewed his findings with me and recommendations for service. the entire visit took ~30 minutes and, at the end, i was more knowledgeable about my A/C system, understood the diagnosis, and how to resolve it.
Great experience with ATL AIR. Very responsive, helpful and responsible. They are punctual and respond to messages super fast. Impressed with them and signed up for their maintenance program.
