1 month ago My central air unit would go out on one of the weirdest days this . I lost my dog it was very hard to deal with I had had him for 13 years there was many times when my ear needed servicing because of the dog here would clog the coils and I was not using a filter properly and they would come out and clean the clothes and service to unit yearly now that my dog has passed I won't have that problem anymore I would like to say that the technician Vincent was always very nice and brought treats for my dog I'm very grateful for your works and all the service they have provided for many years I'm an elderly person and I cannot walk or breathe very well my oxygen tank s often are hard to toad around the house so it's very important for me to make sure that the air conditioning is working properly at all times I have two yearly services done usually March and October to help keep my lungs clear if my calls get dirty I can tell immediately there is mold and stuff all over there I'm so grateful for these guys I don't know what I would do without them Georgia has one of the highest humidities in the United States it makes it very hard for me to breathe on my oxygen if the air in my house is dirty it's even harder to bring the hospitals have a UV light they also helps clean the air and I had air works and start one of these UV lights in my air handler up in the attic the UV light helps with killing all the germs that you be like also helps with covid-19 virus it protects me from getting the virus because I'm already severely ill it makes more sense to have the unit service and clean and a UV light install then it would not to at my house being at risk is very necessary for me to have it clean so I don't get covid-19. well To give some time perspective on how fast this company is, I contacted on 10/6 around 4:45pm. I spoke with a lovely young lady who managed to schedule me for an appointment the following morning, Saturday, between the hours of 8:45 Saturday morning I get a call from Kasey, one of their service technicians. If you have read the reviews, then you know he is in many of them, all positive and rightfully so. He arrived at my home around 9 am, very nice gentleman. He asked what the problem was, I showed him the access points to the roof unit and 45 minutes later, my home was back to it's chilly self. Overall excellent experience, from first call to completion of service. Worth every star. Thank you Konstantin and California A/C & Heating. I will be seeing you guys next April for service.
