John saved me a lot of heartache and pain with his thorough inspection of a property I'd put an offer on. The house was advertised as completely renovated, but the plumbing was completely jacked up, the electricity was not up to code, the crawl space was a mess, and there was mold present. I can not imagine having inherited all of those problems. I'm thankful and grateful I was able to get out before it was too late.
