Our insurance co had denied our previous claim for roof repairs. Ashton said he could handle it and that he did. He put in a new claim and not only did we get roof repairs, we got a brand new roof. Fantastic experience from beginning of insurance claim process through installation and final payment. My customer representative Ashton made my experience great. He shepherded me through the claims and adjustment inspection process and kept me informed about the actual installation schedule and their workmanship was amazing. Candance closed the process out with support on paying final invoice. Very pleased and would recommend them any time.
