“Hello, I attended a sound bath experience hosted by Nurse Dei of Listening Hands, L.L.C., and the Stone Mountain, Tau Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. Let me just tell you - RUN TO Listening Hands - RUN!!! IT WAS AMAZING!!! Initially, I didn't know what to expect from the session. However, when I got settled onto my mat and the session began, I realized, very quickly, how important it was to surrender to the process. True to form in art imitating life, surrendering isn't always easy, but when done willfully, the next level can bring you a profound sense of peace, relaxation and joy, as I experienced!
