Epic4 Carpet & Vent Cleaning Services

I have been using Carl and his crew for years twice a year for carpet cleaning maintenance. They always show up on time, extremely professional, and do a great job. And always a very good price for what they do. I have referred them to several of my friends and family and never once heard of A negative experience.

Excellent customer service. Very detailed with answering all my questions about cleaning the vents. He did a great job and all the areas. I was able to easily schedule them to meet my availability.

There's plenty of carpet cleaners out there. Some good, some bad. This company is neither one. They're outstanding! From my initial contact to my appointment, the communication was always pleasant and timely. Before my appointment time, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, we confirmed the areas needing cleaning. He explained the process and he was very polite and professional. During the carpet cleaning, he was very attentive and worked neatly, meaning he was not messy with equipment parts scattered everywhere.
