Very trustworthy company! Fariaz was very pleasant and understanding. He could have charged me to come out and check the unit problem (s) but he was so honest, that he told me to wait until the extreme cold temperatures improved to see if it was contributing to the poor performance of the unit. My problem continued so I call back as directed. Before you know it, Fariaz was there and ready to work. Fariaz was able to identify the problem which he provided me with several options on repairs. Despite many options benefiting him more than me, Fariaz showed me the good and the bad with ALL options provided. There was no pressure from him. Just honesty. Thanks to Fariaz, I now have a unit thats fully functionable. Fariaz even went out his way to provide me and my fiance with information on how to properly set the thermostat and what functions to stay away from. 100% RECOMMEND!
