Communication with Austin regarding the roofing project was honest, straightforward and his knowledge was very appreciated. Empire delivered as promised, and they didn’t nickel and dime over some issues that arose. Completed easily within the day, including a thorough cleanup of the site. Great job- thank you.
Empire was called in to help with an unfortunate rain event that left our old house with water damage on and inside the walls. We used a paint crew for 3 weeks. They were courteous, quiet, and very respectful of furnishings in the house. Then we found some flooring damage and Empire brought in the flooring crew to replace a floor, or just a few boards, or restain areas to blend in so no one would notice there had been damage. Always polite, always in communication, and very accommodating to our own household schedule. Will use again.
I will continue to recommend Empire Roofing & Restoration to anyone. They just remodeled my basement and it came out beautiful. They will start my daughter’s bathroom soon!!!
