Like many other's within our community, our home was severely damaged from Ian. We were in desperate need of our roof replaced. Empire Roofing not only replaced our entire roof with quality craftsmanship, they exceeded all of our expectations. We knew we were going to have great results from the very beginning estimate and proposal appointment with Austin,who thankfully accommodated our working schedules and had no issues meeting later in the evening. Austin not only provided us with professionalism throughout the entire process, he was extremely easy to work with. Austin answered any questions and concerns thoroughly and always in a timely manner. Communication with their office staff was always pleasant as well. The ladies were very courteous and efficient. The crews on site all conducted themselves professionally and were extremely respectful of our property during each day. They arrived on time, cleaned up each night and worked extremely hard to complete our roof in just two days. We are most appreciative for everyone's hard work and thankful we chose Empire Roofing. The team at Empire roofing and restoration is top notch! Everyone we spoke with from the owner Juan to the Sales Director Austin and more were so wonderful to work with. They are respectful, speedy, trustworthy, and reliable! I have recommended and will continue to recommend this team to anyone needing roofing! I honestly can’t believe how quick they were able to tarp ours and many neighbors roofs after the hurricane! So willing to help even with the smallest of repairs!
