We called Stembridge Roofing last year for some repairs on my mom's house when her "new" roof leaked again. Her roof was installed in 2018 or 2019. The leak was along a valley and along the flashing of a stucco "dormer". The newest repair work has held up without any further problems for almost a full year.When I began having problems with my own roof recently due to a leak along the ridge vent, Stembridge Roofing went above and beyond the call of duty by temporary placing a tarp over the leak at no charge. We love Richard and his team!! Richard has worked with me with so much respect, courtesy and consideration. Any tiny thing I ask of him, he delivers. He will have your best interest and give you honest, helpful advice like a friend would. Richard has repaired several places on my roof until I finally decided to go ahead with a full replacement with a metal roof. His team came out and did an amazing job and cleaned up afterwards, and they always checked with me to make sure I was pleased. We are happy to call Richard a friend of ours.
