I spoke with a lady in regards to becoming a new client she was supposed to send a link in order to make an appointment but never received the link , so I waited for a long while and decided to call back but now suddenly I can't get an answer at a BUSINESS from anyone, very unprofessional and bogus, I will take my business to someone else but in addition to this
there are a lot of GODS angels walking around be careful how you treat ppl. ??

Scheduled an appointment for yesterday, when i arrived the lady wasn’t there and wasn’t answering my calls or messages. Waited about 20 mins for her to come or respond but nothing... never experienced anything like this before. wasted my time honestly. i had spoke on the phone with lady right before i got there to ask where the store was. But when i got there and tried to contact her and figure out what was going on, she ignored all my calls and didn’t respond to my message which SAYS DELIVERED... There were workers in the salon, they told me the lady i spoke and scheduled with is Aria. not sure why she would do that but i was VERY disappointed

My first time going to her she did a fantastic job. I been in Atlanta 20 years and this is the best my hair has been done. My hair look so real people was giving me so many compliments. I love my hair and will be going back.
