We are new homeowners in this subdivision and while the interiors of the houses are nice, I am extremely dissatisfied with the HOA management (Beacon Management) already. For this alone, I would avoid any properties maintained by them. With a HOA fee of over $600, residents have already had to bring up concerns about lights being out, the tiny green space/dog area being maintained, trash in these areas being taken out, and I've had several issues with the apartment style mailboxes wherein the keys for packages get stuck or aren't left in my mailbox. Very NICE homes a bit close together but the inside of these homes are SUPER NICE! A MUST SEE! The homes here are well worth the money. Once you view the inside you'd be ready to purchase.
