My first time visiting. A little confusing getting in bcuz the Mall access doors weren't opened yet but made my way to their outside entry door, and Ms. Chudney whom my appointment was with, met me at the door. And she proceeded with exemplary service; explained every step of what she was doing, and I had a beautiful silk press on my long tresses.

Check this, I get to this mall and I am looking for a Casio Protrek for my pops. I check Macy's, Kohl's, the watch stores and none have the Protrek. They have the G-Shocks only. Don't get me wrong, G-Shocks are good, but I wanted one with solar power and a big display. I look at JCPenny and think, 'nah, they wouldn't have Protrek here'. The curiosity got the best of me and since I'm not a cat, I know I was ok. Go in and boom, they have them

One of my favorite stores, especially with coupons and during a sale. I had a great time shopping during Christmas season, and was there just last month in the Home department and in the Vision center. The young lady who helped me was exceptional.
