Emory Hillandale Hospital Outpatient Rehab

absolutely horrible my 2 yr old daughter was in the lobby for over 3 hrs screaming in pain waiting to be seen. Waiting on test results i walked out. Never again. Dont go here if you need actual treatment , they will have you sitting in the lobby. They dont even deserve the 1 star but thats the only way I can post.

This hospital is ghetto the staff sorry af cursing back at the patients that are waiting to be seen . trying to fight ppl I will never in my life come back here .. they move slow some ppp been here over 7 hours and they pick who they want to see . I will not be back here . You guys please do not come here

Had an appointment for mammogram at 2pm. I arrived at 130pm. Noticed they were called patients back that checked in after me but waited patiently. It's 315pm and still I hasn't been seen. I dress and asked for a a manager no one on duty. The attendant stated she could see me after two other patients. There were several employees standing around talking and not being concerned about the long wait time. I left and will not be rescheduling. I left several message to file a complaint but you already know, no reply. This is the reason why business close lack of customer service and lack to address customers concerns
