I experienced GREAT service today! Upon ordering an arrangement online to be delivered I left out some important information. I was notified immediately via email of my error and I promptly received an invoice to pay. Later on in the day I was contacted regarding the color of the flowers and then again contacted with a photo of the final arrangement. I was so impressed not only with the BEAUTIFUL arrangement but with the customer service I received. Once I received a photo of the actual delivery, I was SURE I had chosen the right Florist !! Thank you Bella Arrangements for helping me celebrate a special day for my family member!!
Very disappointed. The arrangement I selected was very different from the arrangement that was delivered. Even with substitutions, it didn’t seem like it was prepared with care. The card message was cut off so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. Would not recommend.
