First question we were asked when walking in for what we thought was an emergency with our dog, did you call ahead? First of all, in an emergency, we would not think to call! The inside staff was a bit more personable. She told us the reason they ask if we called ahead is because the pricing can add up for the services and there is an examination fee. Luckily our baby boy, Bum, showed no signs of an emergency situation at the time of his examination. They told us to keep an eye on him and if he started to show any signs to bring him back. I appreciate the patience, explanations, and advice that we received.
Dr Barnes and her staff were wonderful with my dog, Klaus. I highly recommend them to everyone. Dr Barnes was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt like she really cared about my animal. Hopefully I won’t have to utilize their services again but if I am ever in an emergency situation, I know who I am going to. Love them all!

We found a tick on our dog late at night, and the staff at Westside Animal Emergency Clinic were incredibly responsive and compassionate. They immediately took us in, removed the tick efficiently. The clinic was clean, and the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They put both me and my dog at ease during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Westside Animal Emergency Clinic for any pet emergencies—they truly care about their patients!
