Smith Sanitation

Excellent! We've been using Smith Sanitation for 19 years and they have provided outstanding service. 2 problems in 19 years (once me and once them) and both times they came out same day and picked up my trash and had a great attitude about it.

Been with this company for over five years, and I've never experienced issues until last week..My bank account was compromised and one late payment , were told that I could not pay online , I have to come in person. What an inconvenience for me bc I work 5 days a week 7:00a to after 6:00p. I have to arrive at work late in order to satisfy this obligation being that they close at 4:00p. Customer service needs more training on customer services: Answer your phone and if you're not able to, leave a detailed entrance: case - in- point....you have reached Smith sanitation, our hours are....our address.....etc. Nevertheless this is my 1st problem with them ..You all... read full review

Great service from Smith Sanitation! It seems so hard to find a trash company these days that isn't...well garbage. I dealt with GFL being late, missing pickup, ignoring phone calls for SO LONG and I was done with them. I called Smith Sanitation on a day that GFL was closed. Surprisingly, Smith was open on a holiday, took my call, setup my service, and even delivered my can EARLIER than they estimated.Since then, Smith has been on time for every pickup, never delayed, and at a price competitive with their competition.
