The stylist is awesome! The scheduling is not. But if you get scheduled, you will be happy that you did?
Nice and clean place, good place to get braids and all hair services.
I called the shop on a Saturday. The stylist said they were booked but she would do my daughters hair on Monday at 11:00. The stylist asked me to send her a text confirming the appt. I did. We arrived Monday at 11:00. The shop was closed. I called the stylist on her cell number she gave me and it just rung. I called back 10 minutes later and her phone was turned off.That was very unprofessional. I would have been ok if she would have called me if she needed to reschedule. That’s not a way to do business. My first and my last experience with On Point Salon.
