“Just wanted to express my positive experience recently at this location. It was on a busy Friday too and although the parking is always full and not an easy location to get in and out of in busy Douglasville. The staff were very friendly. Long lines but there were four registers keeping the wait minimal and they all seemed very helpful to their customers. A very nice lady named Tajha W. waited on us and she was very helpful with our questions and concerns. We were in and out and had the information we needed. I know cable companies aren't the most pleasant of places but it was a nice experience.“
