I am very grateful for everyone here. I’ve been coming here for the past two years, and every time I bring either one of my vehicles, they always fix the problem. They are compassionate and they care about their customers. I am so glad that I found them. I have referred them to all my friends and family. I had an amazing experience here. Jim at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! Great customer service from Jim.I took my car to multiple mechanic shops and 2 kia dealerships for repairs but my check engine light stayed on. The last Kia dealership I took it to told me I need a new engine assembly costing $6k!!Refusing to pay $6,000 I found VB Automotive and Performance took it there for a diagnostic and they replaced my spark plugs. My check engine light has been off ever since!! I’m so relieved! I will be returning

I bought a used car and it needed a few repairs. Since I had a 30 day warranty through Silver Rock I decided to take my car to VB since it was an approved shop and it had great reviews. I spoke with Jim who was very friendly and put me at an immediate ease. Things got off to a great start when the repairs were approved by Silver Rock in a day or so. Jim told me they would need to keep my car for a week. While he was very responsive to my calls for updates and he called as well the job actually took almost two weeks. That’s the reason I couldn’t give five stars. It was very nerve wracking. But all in all the job was completed and I’m happy with the end result.
