I recently got some regular medium box braids. Esther was very prompt and professional. Her communication was excellent! After I got home I noticed that some of the parts where larger than others. I notified her, and she was very understanding. She fit me in within a timely manner to correct it. This speaks volumes to her character. I will definitely be back!

Me experience was the Best Ever in getting braids!!! I was actually on my way to another place and realized they never could give an honest price which changed each time I went. Fortunately I was sitting in traffic in front of Imperial. The OPEN sign was on, I u-turned and pulled up front. Called and when the sweet lady answered, stated walk-ins welcomed, I went in. I believe this will be my hair heaven. Thank you my hair angels for my fantastic style, home feel and a reason to return. Blessings

First time going . 2 ladies both had nice conversation. Environment felt welcome . Hair was super clean and done in like 45 minutes. Super easy and nice and will last for like 2 months . Very thankful!
