After Gainesville Water alerted me first thing in the morning that my water had been running continuously for 24 hours, I requested help from one of there advocates “Mr Williams”. He responded within minutes and detected the broken pipe at the main line into the house. I had used the services of Royal about 2 years before and was very pleased with their “same day service”, professional technicians and all around good work ethics, so called for help. Another fantastic experience - or as fantastic as it can be for a plumbing job. Kris showed up on time and quickly assessed my needs and went about taking care of three projects for me. I now don’t need to worry about pinhole leaks in two giant sections of my home and now have a new shutoff valve for my hot water heater. Kris worked about 11 hours in my unit and remained polite the whole time and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much!
