I would suggest the owner invest in a timer. I upgraded my pedicure because I was told that I will be given a 5 minute massage. The technician did a lazy one minute job. I told her I am paying extra for upgraded services if she can give me A 5 minute massage. She gave me another one minute massage. In other salons I have seen a timer set to whatever amount of massage is offered. It keeps the business ethical and customers happy! The owners daughter did a decent job with my gel manicure. Therefore I am giving 2 stars and not one. I complained to the owner and he could have just charged me for regular pedicure since I did not get the service as promised.
