Not only was Richard very communicative, he was able to accommodate us with coming to our rental! He was very patient and kind to our pup. Treated her like she was his own!! And not only did he do a great job on our pup we got some amazing food suggestions to try!! Something else we learned, Richard and his team will travel for your fur babies/pets......out of state! “We have gone to her for several pets. She is kind, compassionate, and totally not phased by all the disgusting things your pets come in with. The only feedback I'd give is too ask that they gate the exam rooms. I have one dog that thinks every other non human creature is a threat to be eliminated. Dr. Aponte is calm as a cucumber while my 30 lb dog turns into the hulk and I'm a nervous wreck thinking she will get loose and devour other unsuspecting animals.The whole office is full of kind people and I highly recommend them for your fur babies.“
