Jacob goes above and beyond for his clients too. As a first time homeowner, he’s been such an incredible resource for me and has recommended reputable contractors for insulation, HVAC and other jobs. The entire team at Fraser Roofing has been incredible! Ben C really took customer care to the next level as he stepped me through each phase of the process with care and professionalism. They were always on time, concerned about details (aesthetic and technical) and willing to answer as many questions as I had along the way. The work looks amazing, and I could not be happier.

It was the day before my closing and I was doing a final walkthrough of the home I was purchasing. I was mortified to find that there were newly created water stains on the ceiling. It was late in the day by the time I was able to reach out to a second roofing company for another opinion on what was needed. Joshua offered to swing by on his way to take his little ones to the park. He was personable, fast with his walkthrough and estimate, honest and efficient.
