Steen Clausen has excellent vision, and he is very intuitive. He knew what I wanted better than I did, and that was a first for me! I changed absolutely none of the components that were presented to me. The cabinets, the countertops, the tile—everything was perfect. My kitchen layout was very challenging, and Steen was able to completely transform the space from a dark, uninviting, congested area to a light, open, modern, gorgeous designer kitchen. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The team that worked on my project were fabulous. Expert project management and excellent craftsmanship. I would love to work with all of them again. Everyone takes great pride in their work, and that shines through to the client and in the finished project. They made the entire renovation a seamless and painless experience.

The level of professionalism of Steen and his team is truly beyond compare. From the very beginning there is complete transparency. The client is presented with a binder containing a list of the principals and associates and their contact information; photos of the team assigned to the project; project contracts; detailed project plans/drawings; specs of appliances, equipment, and hardware; warranties; and use and care of all materials. Details of scheduling and payment due dates ensure you are informed every step of the way. An updated spreadsheet is sent following each payment. Daily emails are sent outlining what was accomplished on that day and what to expect the following day.

“I’m in the process of remodeling my kitchen through Peerless. So far I am impressed with the level of quality and service that I have received from them. Steven, the owner, goes above and beyond the call of duty at every step of the process from the initial meeting to the planning, to final installation of the new cabinets and appliances. Steven was one of the few that listened to my needs, asked about a budget, has great patience, knowledgeable about and answer all my concerns timely. In fact his installers got behind on another job and we’re not able to get to me at a timely manner, that Steven personally came out and installed the cabinets personally. Not many kitchen and bathroom design company owners would come out personally and do the work necessary to keep the project moving. I would like to see how the next steps progress but more than likely when I have to redo my bathrooms or need to have additional work done, I will use Peerless again“
