Recently our ac quit on a very hot Thursday night. My husband is 80 so it was pretty important to get the system fixed. I called the well known company who has provided and serviced our system for years. After finally getting a person on the phone, I was told that they were very busy and couldn’t service us til the next day. Called that morning, they had no record of my call. By Friday afternoon I was getting worried but when I called back, they said it would be Tuesday before they could come out. So I started calling every hvac company I could find, leaving desperate messages. Well Shaneka from Breakview called and asked me some questions. They were also very busy and couldn’t come until Monday but she gave me some simple suggestions that didn’t fix the problem but allowed me to get the system back running for the short term. She didn’t know me or anything about me yet she went out of her way on a weekend to try to help. Who does that? Highly recommend.
