A great Co that detected why leaks in my ceiling..but so shocked and disappointed they can't come see why I have a leak on Porch near Gutter...could be rotted Fasting brd or shinkle is loose but they can't come ..said too sm a job...no one will come...could cause expensive repairs Google said...I do wish they would have come as a great Co.

All personnel were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Alpha, the project manager, kept us informed throughout and handled the unexpected issues that come with any project very well. Our experience with American Property Restoration was great. They are able to offer the complete service between mold and asbestos testing, removal and treatment (following EPD guide lines). We felt confident that APR should be the folks to do the construction and painting to give us a downstairs office with a clean fresh start.
