Veterinary Way Animal Hospital is a welcoming and caring animal hospital. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Odom takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options. The facility is beautiful, clean, and convenient, with a comfortable waiting area. The hospital provides excellent care, with a genuine concern for both pets and their owners. They also follow up with owners after treatment to ensure a smooth recovery. The technicians were fantastic, and the nail trim was actually way better than ever before! They took GREAT care of him and us! Dr. Odom and the staff were excellent! They were nothing short of fantastic. They handled him in such a thoughtful and sincere way. Took the best care of him post op as well. Highly recommend and worth the hour drive for us!!
This was my first (and hopefully last) experience with Veterinary Way, since they were on call for our primary vet over the weekend. I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I spoke with them Friday night, they were incredibly kind and patient, very detailed and educational, and understanding . When we arrived Saturday, they welcomed not only my fur baby, but me too, with so much compassion. ALL while trying to tend to another fur pup who’d crashed on them multiple times and unfortunately didn’t make it . They still took their time with us, explained everything thoroughly, and immediately focused on getting my fur baby the help he needed during that time as well. It was all hands on deck up there that day and grasping from an outside perspective, their teamwork was amazing. If we ever find ourselves in a situation like this again, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!!
Dr. Mitchell is so compassionate when it comes to working with your horse yet aggressive in making sure tx is given. I highly recommend. 10 stars.
My vets office sent me here for on call on Saturday. The office staff sat calmly trying to figure out how to take our money. As our dog chokes on her own blood from the snake bite I was there to address. . I got upset and said things they didnt like about the fact that it took them 20 minutes to figure how to take the payment. Which of course was more important than my very sick dog. They will refuse to see your dog The vet gave our dog back to my child with 0 emotion. knowing we did not have time to go to another vet. I have never seen someone so heartless. I've seen good things about the previous Vet. This lady is HEARTLESS. I have had animals all my life and I have never seen a vet that just did not care about the dog who was suffering.
