From start to finish, this company was nothing but professional. If I could give them one hundred stars, I would. It was Father’s Day and our unit wasn’t cooling. We guessed it was low on freon but, we aren’t hvac technicians. My husband called the business office the next morning and they said they could send a technician out that morning. He arrived and was very courteous. We did need Freon. He was through in no time and the price, I thought was reasonable. It took the house about 30-40 minutes to cool down. This household appreciates your fast service. We have found our new heating and cooling business. Thank you Excel for a job well done!!!
