I have been treated at this facility and they have been so good to me always there when I needed help to get to the restroom or something and the place is clean. It doesn’t smell like a nursing home and everybody’s always friendly and kind. And the food is wonderful

After being completely flooded by Helene, we stayed in Albany during Milton. Both of my dogs went through flooding and were traumatized. My fearful greyhound mix has to get his nails trimmed once a month or they brake…we missed the last appointment due to the storm, so I decided to have his nails trimmed during our stay ( because we have no idea what it will look like). I would give 10stars if I could!!! Everyone was so very kind! Beautiful, state of the art building! The dog did great, the technicians were fantastic! The nail trim was actually way better than ever before! Thank you for your excellent service!!! VERY APPRECIATED!!!

It was Father’s Day and our unit wasn’t cooling. We guessed it was low on freon but, we aren’t hvac technicians. My husband called the business office the next morning and they said they could send a technician out that morning. He arrived and was very courteous. We did need Freon. He was through in no time and the price, I thought was reasonable. It took the house about 30-40 minutes to cool down.

SUMMER. WAS. GREAT!!I would recommend her to anybody in the area! She is so easy and fun to talk too! She stayed late at the salon to do my hair and the time just went by! She was also very attentive to my hair needs, I got Carmel highlights and she was talking me through the whole process. I had no doubt that I would get the results I wanted and I did! She was also so nice to drive me to my car since I parked at the next plaza and it was dark out.

I had my first Reiki session with Angel and I was truly astonished at the results! I felt more relaxed, at peace, and in control of my life. I also felt more clarity and less anxiety. This is something I will be doing every month and even brought my daughter for her own session. I want my entire family to do it! I found Aubrey on Instagram and saw all the great styles she created.Even though I saw the videos of her styling a tapered cut, I didn't see one of her using clippers on the sides and back so I was a little nervous when she picked up the clippers.I shouldn't have been. She did a great job. Better than some barbers I've been to. She left me with a feminine cut. No sharp edges like some barbers did.Aubrey was just as she comes across on Instagram, warm, comforting, and a great listener. A big plus is that she strikes a good balance between talking and silence. I never felt like I had to talk during the entire appointment - as an introvert, I loved that.I hadn't had a haircut in over 7 years so I knew going in she was going to have to cut my hair. I explained how low I was willing to go (even if that meant having some damaged hair left)...and she listened! She was not a scissor-happy stylist. She left me with a length I'm happy with. As time goes on, I'll continue to cut off any damaged ends.Also, she didn't just apply products to my hair, she also took the time to explain why she chose the products she did and she gave me a regimen to get moisture back into my hair so I can reach my hair goals.

I called and spoke with Retha and within 24 hours of the call she had Brad come out. We had issues with a live wire at the dock causing no power to either boat lift nor power to the sprinkler system as well as outlets in the carport that weren’t working. After many calls with many people “accessing” those issues for weeks - these guys came and fixed it all within a few hours and even made time to install two flood lights! I’d recommend them to anyone. Oh and they drove from Leesburg all the way to Lake Blackshear. 10/10 the BEST!

Emily did my tattoo Tuesday, July 16th @1pm. It is now Sunday, July 21st 8:51am. When I tell you I’ve NEVER had a tattoo heal so fast! I only have a couple corners that haven’t finished peeling yet. She’s soooo gentle and detail oriented! She takes her time but is efficient at the same time. Best believe I’m coming back for some more permanent Emily artwork! BEST experience I have ever had with a tattoo artist and receiving a tattoo ever! This tattoo made #9. I’m already excited for the next ones! Perfection! I went to Konkrete Movement for the first time yesterday and had the perfect experience. Easily booked with Jonathan online and hoped he could get my platinum pixie cut back where it needed to be and he did just that. We discussed what I was looking for, decided on a slight change and he executed the cut like he had been cutting my hair for years. He is very efficient and detail oriented. After one visit, I know that I have found my new stylist. The salon itself is very relaxing and easy to find. Anyone looking for a stylist that listens and executes should give Jonathan a try.

I have been looking for a new nail shop due to inconsistency and the “too comfortable” feeling I have been receiving from my regular nail tech! I truly enjoyed my experience. I was unaware that they take appointments, however they will accept walk ins when they have available techs! Just my luck, techs were free and I sat down within 5 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure did an excellent job and the guy who did my nails did an excellent job as well! They both took the time to care for my nails. I booked my appointment before I left! It’s safe to say, I will return and I definitely recommend this shop to others! The staff were all polite and friendly.
