I just want to say that this place is amazing! From the doctor, to the ultrasound techs, to the assistants. They are wonderful and need a free lunch or something! They made me feel very welcome from the get go and throughout a procedure or an ultrasound, I was very comfortable. Granted it was a little painful , but the assistant and the doctor kept reassuring me that I was doing a great job which made me feel pretty good. Then before I knew it, we were done! My only concern is the call center, those guys are a joke, however when it came to the staff at the Lawrenceville clinic, they were wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Rupaly was nice to work with she greeted me every time I came to the office she is upbeat and has a really good attitude about helping her patients. She always made me feel comfortable she is awesome and an asset to your company.My doctor was great as well he worked with me because i was unable to move in some of the positions that were required because of my neck and back issues and he accommodated me right through the process. Thank you

I have always rated my treatments and the center staff 5 stars and I still do, however, with the recent merger it took your insurance dept from 7/2022 until 1/ 2023 before they processed my insurance authorization so that my appointment could be scheduled.
