Today, Manuel, Luis and the rest of Superior Duct cleaning team arrived early to clean my air vents and dry. They checked to make sure that my heating unit was working before and after the service. The process took about 2 hours to complete. When they came into the house they wore shoe covers. The price for the service was reasonable and fits right in my budget. They answered all my questions and they did a thorough cleaning. I am very impressed and a very satisfied customer. Was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Guys were professional, friendly and thorough. They worked out a tough clog in my dryer vent, which did cost extra. Only reasons I dropped one star is because they didn't have a way for me to pay by card in person other than Zelle (nope! Too many problems with scams there) or online (had to give my card number and info to their office person over the phone), and they didn't tell me when I made the appointment that they might have to get in my attic for a dryer vent cleaning or how much extra fees could potentially be (was $70 more than originally quoted).
