She listens to you & her end goal is to make sure you as a client are satisfied but her priority is healthy hair so if what you’re requesting might damage your hair, she will def let you know. Very few people in my life have been able to straighten my thick, tightly coiled hair while also keeping it super healthy. I love Michelle because she takes her time to straighten my hair in small sections, ensuring that it is light and not weighed down by too much product.
A couple of years after transitioning to natural and my hair has never been this long and healthy. Even my edges are laid straight when I leave the salon. Her salon suite is always super clean and feels like a little getaway because of how cute it’s decorated. She schedules so that she’s only working on you while you’re there. A COVID must and overall time saver.
